Pricing for Agria Sikia 2025

 

To make a booking at our beloved family home, Agria Sikia we request a 25% deposit payable upon booking. This is non-refundable other than in the event of Government restrictions (UK or Greek) preventing travel to Zakynthos.

The balance is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date.

 

It is advisable to take out travel insurance to cover the cost of the holiday.

 

We are letting the house on a nightly basis, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Check in is at 4pm, check-out 10am.

£375 per night

 

Tuesday, 1st July to Thursday, 31st August 2025

£450 per night

 

Monday, 1st September to Friday, 31st October 2025

£375 per night

 

Additional fee:

£13 per night Compulsory Greek Climate Levy fee payable with the balance.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE that the road in front of the house can be busy, especially in the mornings and early evenings and we regret that with steep stairs, high balconies and a swimming pool that is 1.4m depth throughout, this villa is not suitable for children under the age of 8 or those with mobility issues.
